You can adjust the volume to a higher setting in the hidden menu: Turn the ignition to "On" Turn the audio off Press and hold settings Turn the volume knob

You can adjust the volume to a higher setting in the hidden menu:

Turn the ignition to "On"
Turn the audio off
Press and hold settings
Turn the volume knob until the menu comes up

I can't remember which sub menu has the phone volume but it should be easy to find.
