Installed new radio, now car does not recognize key fob. I have to insert the fob into manual slot to turn on. Any ideas?

You probably knocked a connector loose when installing the stereo.
First I'd try disconnecting the battery, step on brake for a few seconds, then reconnect battery. I have doubts it will fix the problem but it's a lot easy than tearing into the dash again.

There is a sensor located underneath the center armrest. The connector for it may have been accidently disconnected. If you removed your armrest to run wires to the rear then this may be the problem.
