Default Subwoofer cracks when there's too much bass?

Could this be because it's in the open space in the trunk?? Cause when the song has too much bass, it cracks and it really ***** the vibe up

Subwoofer: Rocksford Fosgate
Amp: Power Acoustik

Also seems like the crack only happens if I have windows rolled down. It happens very rarely if I have my windows rolled up, however, still there's a cracking noise even with windows up. Could it be due to the poor subwoofer or the amp

Perhaps the polarity is reversed?

I don't believe so. Attempted to change both sides and no luck

whats happening is you are pushing the sub to its maximum mechanical excursion. you will destroy it if you continue to do so. Im only guessing when I say that it only does it when your windows are open because you probably turn the volume up louder to overcome road noise!!! lol.
actually, the cabin pressure will change with windows up/down albeit slightly, and this could be adding to your troubles.
Subwoofer enclosure design is an art, and a sub that is in a box that is not the proper size will not play efficiently. Also, your amplifier gains must be set at the proper levels, or you are introducing distortion, which is also a no-no...
Lastly, is your subwoofer rated to handle the power that your amplifier is feeding it?????
There are many variables that determine the performance of a loudspeaker...not just whether the sub or amp is crap.

I'm with RonRizz - sounds like the coil is over-traveling and hitting the frame. This can destroy the speaker very quickly. When the windows are down, there is less resistance to cone movement which exacerbates the problem. Either cut some power to the sub or get a sub that can handle the power.

Are you familiar with what amplifier clipping sounds like? Coil over-travel is the mechanical equivalent of that. It doesn't sound exactly the same (you only have physical contact on the inward stroke) but similar.

There are a few other things that could cause similar sounds but they usually make buzzing/grating/other noises:
Breaks/tears in the coil assembly, cone, or suspension. If you have been banging the coil against the frame, any of those could be damaged.
Check the wires from the terminals to the cone and make sure they aren't hitting anything and are still glued to the cone (latter will usually have an effect at lower volume levels, also).
