Vimeo and Youtube (updated) Embedding Instructions

It's been a while since I have updated the Youtube Embedding instructions. Youtube has changed their format many times since then. So I have made a new YouTube Embedding Instructions. I have also added Vimeo Embeding BB code. You can click on this icon in "post reply" area and paste the video ID inside for the BB code to work. If you see a (new) forum member asking for "how to embed videos in a post", please feel free to share these instructions with them.
