Default good price for a 40th?

Been wanting a 40th for a while and I found a 40th for sale with 50k miles. Is 21.5 a decent price for it?

It's in in pretty good shape. Just needs a nice detail. Inside and out.

The windshield is cracked, so I will need to replace it as well.

KBB and NADA list it for about 19-20.

Any input would greatly be appreciated!

Thanks

Start out low...Why would even think 1500 over Fmv is a decent price? And a cracked windshield? Doesn't seem like it was taken care of...who knows what else is hiding with this car...I would dig a little deeper into its history, maintenance records, numbers of previous owners? Etc...and prepare to walk away.

Great advice!!!!
If someone is selling a car / house or whatever and can't clean or detail it & you still want it I'd start at $14,000 go to 16 then walk!
IMHO no detail= no respect, so don't be afraid to seriously LOW BALL!

It's more of a rock chip in the windshield. The paint is in really good shape, only 1 rash on one of the wheels. I agree with you, i'll keep digging. But maybe i'll keep shopping.

thanks for your input!
