Mike was very helpful I had to change my shipping address and he did his best, would run an extra $11.00. UPS apparently didn't get the memo and delivered it

Mike was very helpful I had to change my shipping address and he did his best, would run an extra $11.00. UPS apparently didn't get the memo and delivered it to my house anyway. I contacted Mike and asked for the $11.00 fee back. He had it returned to me in a matter of hours. Great customer service!!!! Thanks Mike
