ahem!!!

The rear 2 piece rotors would be nice to get out.
This one is a touchy subject but I would advise you guys this might be the best move you can make for future boost Z owners. Start carrying parts from GTM TT or SC kits, like the hoses, filters, fluid, etc. I have slowly been finding out what parts are what sizes and where I can locate anything if it breaks, but having a reliable shop who can supply them would be excellent. Also, you might be able to provide better or upgraded pieces for when owners need/want them.

PS Jon, working on getting you that picture by tomorrow.

Maybe not that far, but sure you TT guys can work with Z1 on that.
I was thinking more of maintenance parts that may wear down over time, belts, hoses, lines, that usually we can just pick up from GTM but now more concern if it will be possible.

That would be nice. So would Z1 making an upgraded set of fans that fit in the stock location.

Yes, lets add that one to the list, SPAL fans with shroud that can fit the OEM radiator (more so the CSF).

theDreamer 03-12-2014 10:28 AM

Just compiled the list so far of what people have posted.
  • 2 piece rear rotors for akebono
  • Motive Bleeder
  • CJM Fuel System
  • BP Turbo Kit
  • AT Upgrade Parts
  • GTM TT/SC Maintenance Parts
  • GTM TT/SC Specific hoses, couplings, etc.
  • SPAL Fans & Upgraded Shroud (For OEM & CSF Radiator)

A package deal on the hoses not just piecing it together.

gomer_110 03-12-2014 01:58 PM

Another item:
How about a small fan kit for your oil coolers with an install kit (brackets and electrical stuff) to aid in oil cooling during slow/stop and go driving. Start with the 34R cooler first.

:iagree: I know that our headlight assemblies are a bit more complex than most, but someone has to got to be able to fab some aftermarkets at a fraction of the dealer retail price. I think there is a ton of $ to be made here.

I know I would buy 2 sets! One for shows and one to stay legal - yeah, PA sucks. My current stock ones are basically junk thanks to the previous dumbass owner who apparently tried to 'restore' them with a steel brush or something. I've done the proper sanding and plastic restore procedure but there are still some very deep gouges that are very noticeable. Almost looks like someone took a flathead to them and tried scraping something off. I just can't bring myself to pay the stealership that much money for a lense housing.

So yeah, please please please, somebody, headlights!!!

gomer_110 08-13-2014 09:45 PM

How about some mid-range to higher end race shocks. 2 or 3 way adjustable ie. Moton, Penske, JRZ, etc. Would be looking for either a direct fit or at least an install kit.

Seems like the only option right now is having some custom made which just drives the price up even more.

martin82 08-13-2014 11:54 PM

Floating front rotors

G37sHKS 08-14-2014 03:40 AM

Motive bleeder with the right accessories that fits our stock cap is really all I want.

I'd be blown away if they did that. Why stock a product that they'll sell 1 a year of... And the guy that wants to spend 4-5k WANTS to customize them too

Are their rotors not floating enough?

They don't have to stock them. Just be an authorized dealer or whatever you want to call it. With all their Z experience I'm sure they'd be able to better assist with a purchase like this (valving, spring selection, etc.) than many other sources for these.

Will with Retroworks here.

370Z Replacement lenses may be in the works.
OEM spec and high quality UV resistant polycarbonate lenses for less than $400/set.
Production will take 4-6 months and will need at least 150-300 buyers.
Just looking to the groups/forums for interest to see if they are worth me putting the money into for mass production.

I spoke with the R&D team again this morning about it, should have some more information tomorrow, but they're going start sizing things up to figure out what the actual costs will look like.

I have currently over 200 ppl really wanting this to happen.

Hopefully Z1 might want to jump on this as well! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...35951935a0.jpg
