My Z1 experience

I had ordered a set of Post MAF tubes and the K&N drop in filters from Z1. The tubes arrived promptly, and the filters a day later becasue of a back order.
Couple days later, I received another set of filters. Woo-hoo! Double filtration! So I called up Z1 and spoke with Chuck. He said he'd send me a return label for the extra filters.

I also explained to him that I was having extreme difficulty getting the passenger side tube on and asked if perhaps it was off spec or something. He offered to send out another set for me to compare them against. Couple days later, I got the new set (same dimensions unfortunately). I ended up having to trim the passenger side a bit, yet the drivers side went on super easy - I think my engine may sit a little cocked or something - definitely not an issue with the tubes themselves.

So today I'm returning the extra filters and the second set of tubes to Z1, but I wanted to let everyone know what a class act they are. Turns out the issue was with my car and not their product and they still took care of me quickly and promptly. Couldn't ask for anything more...
