I am too lazy to try this but did talk to dustin at z1 about putting rubber grommets inbetween all of the bolts that mount the cooler to the car.

I am too lazy to try this but did talk to dustin at z1 about putting rubber grommets inbetween all of the bolts that mount the cooler to the car. He said they did some similar testing and it is still there. There isn't really anything you can do about it. It has to do with the pulsation of oil through the cooler.
