Z1 Motorsports Silicone Post-MAF Hoses NOW IN AVAILABLE!
Everyone,
In response to the HUGE demand we have had for these, we now have these in stock and ready to ship! Like all other Z1 Silicone products for your Z or G, they are available in your choice of Red, Blue or Black. For those of you who have not heard or know what the "Post-MAF" Hose is, it is the rubber, accordian hose that connects the factory air boxes to the throttle bodies. The factory hoses are massive and ugly when compared to the rest of the car. These silicone replacements offer both inproved underhood styling, a MUCH longer service life and improved air flow to the throttle bodies. The Z1 Silicone Post-MAF hoses will fit the following vehicles:
These Post-MAF tubes will work with the factory PCV system, however they do eliminate the factory air intake resonator on the Driver Side. When ordering you may also take advantage of a combo discount and purchase a pair K&N Drop-In Filters to complete your air intake system! We have these instock and ready to ship today! PM me for shipping quote on this product or any other product you may be looking for. Priced at $124.00 plus shipping! Last edited by Dustin@Z1; 07-09-2011 at 03:11 PM. |

Do you have any pics of these installed? How well do the aluminum PCV fittings work? I thought the stock fitting was angle.

I will have an installed pic for you tomorrow! I do not have a 370Z or G37 here at the moment with the stock style air intake (everything has either FI or aftermarket intakes). You are correct. You can remove the Aluminum Fitting for the hoses if you wish to use the factory PCV pieces. They use a push in style, barbed fitting. If you want to use our Silicone PCV Breather Hoses, then you will use the Aluminum fitting. Sorry about that, thanks for pointing that out! |

Yeah...these will not fit with the Stillen Gen III's. The Gen III's use a smaller Outer Diameter piping. Our Post-Maf pipes are designed to connect to the air box and throttle bodies, which have a larger OD. We just tried it out to verify and it litterly slipped over the piping with no interference.

Here are few installed pics of our Z1 Post-MAF Tubes installed on '10Anamoly's 370Z. For a comparison, I have a pic of the stock intake and one with only the Post-MAF Tubes installed.
More installed pics to follow soon! I encourage anyone who has these installed to post up pics of their color combinations to show others. Last edited by Dustin@Z1; 07-09-2011 at 03:12 PM. |

Dustin/Z1 folks:
Got a quick ?. As per my sig, I've already got the k&n drop ins and I've gotten an UpRev tune for all my current mods. I'm really interested in picking up a set of these PMTs from you guys but I want to confirm that I don't require a retune to be able to run these either on the street or on the track. (I'm looking to pick these up before the car goes to the track day at ZNationals). Will the a/f ratio still be safe w/o updated tune? I suspect a retune might pull a couple more ponies out of the car but my main concern for the immediate future is the safety of running them until I retune next year. Thanks. |

Quick question. I actually already bought a set of these and installed them this morning, but what are the silver connectors for that are included with tht tubes? I had to remove them to connect to the stock lines.
