New Z1 Silicone Hoses!!!
Hi Guys,
We are proud to release our silicone heater hose kits for the 370Z, and G37. The heater hoses are 4 layer reinforced silicone. They are formed to fit just like the stock hoses and best of all they won't degrade or harden over time. http://www.z1motorsports.com/g37_370...600&page=popup http://www.z1motorsports.com/imageGa...Hoses+4456.JPG http://www.z1motorsports.com/imageGa...+bay+hoses.JPG Another nice complement to the engine bay that we have decided to add to our catalog is the reinforced overflow hoses. We have been using non reinforced single ply silicone hose for a while, but are happy to have a 2 layer, reinforced, formed hoses to replace the stockers. |
Price for all pieces shipped to 33572 please. Thanks!

And Mike, you know you need these. |
nah, no show pieces on mine, only go pieces. If a hose were to fail, I would definitely upgrade though
|
do the heater hoses even show when installed or are they hidden? Do we have to take anything apart in order to install them? Can I see a picture of them installed instead of diagrams? Thanks!!
|
And can you please pm me prices for all hoses shipped to 77449

For all five sets in red, shipped to you in Texas. You are looking at $192.00 for the silicone parts plus ~ $14.00 shipping via FedEX Ground. Out the door you are looking at $206.00 shipped. We have everything instock and ready to ship. Shipping to you should take about 3 ~ 4 days via standard ground. Let me know sir! As for your question about whether or not you can see the heater hoses once installed its a yes/no type of question. You CAN see them once they are installed, but they are obviously not as exposed and visible as the radiator hoses (for example). They are a little more tricky to get to as well being on the back side of the engine. In time, once these cars get some age on them, the existing rubber lines will obviously fail and require replacement. We already offer a huge line of silicone replacment products for the older 300zx model and decided to go ahead and begin working on the 370Z line. Customers who convert over to the silicone products will have a MUCH longer service life of the hoses when compared to the rubber units that are installed from the factory. |
Do you have any formed hoses for us HR guys? I'm looking for the vacuum hoses that connect to the plenum since they connect at different locations than the VHR plenum.

Hey Dustin,
We've spoken once before on this topic however I've cleared my inbox since, my apologies for asking for this imfortmation once again! As I got the MB Powder Coated Intakes I'm looking to spruce up the engine bay a bit more and I was wondering if you could please PM me the price for the entire Silicone Hose set in Blue shipped to 77511. Also do these hoses come with all the clips/clamps needed for installation? Thank you in advance, Peppers |
Also - What would be the shops cost for this installation? I'm looking for a generic range so when I go to get these installed I know if I'm being over charged or not. Thanks Dustin.

PM sent sir!

silicone hoses
Don't be out done at shows, meets, or the track.
Not only do we have you covered on the heater hoses, and the coolant expansion hoses. We have you coved on the Front & Side PCV, Brake booster, and Radiator hoses as well. If you decide you want to bypass the throttle body coolant lines we have reinforced bulk hose for you too. Not worried about the show market, take advantage of stronger than factory hoses that don't become hard and brittle over time. Freshen up the engine bay or add them as an insurance option when upgrading to a CSF racing radiator. We won't be beat on price, these are all in stock and ready to ship! |
I know this is going to sound stupid but do the hoses that connect to the intake (vac line???) replace the plastic piece that we are connected to right now or does it connect from the plastic piece to the intake nipple?
|
Wow sorry for the late reply man, yes with our "side PCV" hoses you will delete the factory baffles

Highly recommend getting these guys! I got and installed the side PCV hoses along with the overflow hoses and they fit better than factory. I'm considering the radiator hoses next. :)

Hey guys,
How simple are the installs? Are they a simple switch out or do they involve removing and refilling fluids? I ask because I live in an apartment complex so don't have much in terms in tools, etc. Thanks |
If you change out the radiator or heater hoses you will need to drain, fill, and bleed the cooling system. The radiator hoses aren't that bad to change and dress up the bay nicely. The PCV, and coolant overflow, and brake booster hoses are pretty much a breeze to swap.

No go on the surge tank style yet. But we have something in the works.
For now we only have the overflow hoses for the early model. We do have reinforced bulk hose in 8mm that would work fine for that pressure hose though. It is a little larger diameter and not "molded" like our other hoses but it could work just fine. |

Alright, so you went ahead and sent me the overflow hoses that don't fit.
Also, what the hell am I supposed to do with this hose? http://i890.photobucket.com/albums/a...4/IMG_1837.jpg |
the hose needs to be longer like the Mishimoto one is:

I will be returning these improperly fitting hoses back to you. Please email me a return shipping label to gencoupe@verizon.net

Cydney,
I am sorry for the mistake on the wrong hose, but the order had already shipped on the 15th before you asked us to stop it here on the 16th. I am sorry I hadn't caught it here, if there is ever a time sensitive problem like this please call us. We couldn't have saved it before it shipped this time but a call is always the best bet. The overflow hoses are not listed to fit your vehicle on our site. The radiator hose is clearly our fault, and I apologize for it, that is a 300ZX TT hose and not the correct radiatory hose set we sell [facepalm]. I would like to take care of you. Please feel free to email me Spencer@Z1Motorsports.com or you can call 770-838-7777 |
