CSF 370Z Radiators NOW AVAILABLE @ Z1 Motorsports!
Z1 Motorsports is proud to annouce the release of CSF's 370z Upgraded Radiator!
Z1 has been happy to work with CSF directly over the past few months aiding in the finalization of this product by providing feedback on the design. We have installed one of prototypes in our project 370Z Shop Car and it has been working flawlessly...and even looks great too. Exact numbers and cooling data is still being gathered at this time. We are all eager to get our Z onto the track to experience this radiators full potential... especially during the hot, humid summer months here in Georgia! The CSF Radiator/Condenser combo is a substantial cooling upgrade for your Nissan 370Z or Infiniti G37. Ideal for forced induction or road racing applications, this unit is also perfect on any street car or weekend warrior. Addressing the oil/coolant temperature issues that have plagued VQ37VHR engine is critical; each cooling upgrade can be a valuable asset. CSF Radiators has taken many steps to improve upon the stock radiator design and to increase the radiator’s cooling ability. Unlike the OEM radiator core, which is only 12mm thick, the CSF radiator core is now a massive 30mm in thickness. The Radiator’s end tanks were also addressed, further increasing the radiators capacity. The internal design of the radiator’s cross flow tubes have also been designed to further increase efficiency and strength through the usage of CSF’s B-Tube technology. This reinforced design not only allows for the usage of a lighter, thinner aluminum material, but also increases the total surface area an additional 15%. Each new unit retains the stock mounting locations and isolators while including a new A/C condenser, dryer, and A/C lines. Please note that automatic transmission cars will need to run an external transmission cooler as the CSF unit does not retain the factory internal transmission cooler. Z1 is offering this CSF Radiator/Condensor combo at an introductory price of $749.00* Only 3 pre-production units in stock. Get them while you can!!! Once these 3 units are sold, the normal list price for the production CSF 370Z/G37Radiators will be $849.00. To order the CSF 370Z/G37 Radiator/Condensor combo, please visit our website: CSF 370Z/G37 Radiator @ Z1 Motorsports.com To view and order any other Performance or OEM replacement parts for your Nissan 370Z or Infiniti G37, please visit our website here: Z1 Motorsports - 370Z/G37 Division * The370z.com Forum Members can PM me for a special introductory price only available here. What's the difference between a pre-production and a normal production radiator?

Hi guys,
We have made a minor change to the drain pipe for correct fitment. The radiator will fit all stock mounting locations, the only other part to note is one small trim that will need to be made during install. It is a hidden location, and that is why we are offering these at a special price. We consider this to be a professional install since the use of an AC recovery machine is needed and most DIY'rs don't have that available at home. As always we will be happy to offer full technical support to our customers, or their installer. |

Hi guys,
Regarding the published data for % cooling difference, we are waiting for the extreme temps of our summer to study and release any of that. We have full confidence that these will offer substantial cooling capacity that the factory radiator simply will not be able to keep up with (especially at boosted power levels). We will simply have to wait for high abient temps and more extensive testing before we release any real world data regarding this radiator. About the version without the condenser, it is all removable, unlike the factory assembly. All parts are servicable on these units, everything just bolts together. Just as a quick update on this here product!
Have had it in now about maybe 6 weeks, Install went in without issues. Fitment was great. (Production version in mine). It looks nice too, all shiny n stuff and you can see corners and bits of it when you open the hood. Its also about twice as thick as the oem radiator which is pretty good. I dont have very specific before after numbers for the hot time but... road trip to z1, i made sure to go cruise control 70mph and outside temp was 60 degrees. Oil temps were 160. (I have a big oil cooler) after install, road trip home, cruise control 70mph and outside temp was 70 degrees. Oil temps were 155. Now, to get to z1 i did have to go about 30 miles on highway uninterupted which is where i clocked this. Trying to be consistant with it. I checked the temp at the end of the run, which gave the temps enough time to settle up or down. Its not 100% scientific and maybe there are other variables, but eh still figured i'd mention it. Temps on the road are hitting 88+ now days, my oil temps have been low (175 or below) for highway driving and thats even spirited driving doing speeds well above speed limit. Hopefully in even hotter weather, can get some numbers with coolants temps as well. Highest my temps have gotten is construction traffic. 2 miles in 30 minutes.. and that was only 205. in about 78 degree weather. |

CSF Radiator Review
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to check in and let everyone know what we are seeing with this radiator from a review standpoint; now that the hot summer days are here, and we have been running it for a while. The performance of the radiator on our car has been great. The car still warms up just as quick (we are still using the stock thermostat) and operates around the same 200-205degree range. Even when tracking the car on 100+ degree track day the coolant is staying in check 200-205*F. The AC is also still working great, I would say just as well as the factory unit. We have been running the car street driving and a few mountain runs now. The car doesn’t see many easy miles. We recently had the car on track for the ZCon Track day in Savannah. The day of the event ambient temps we over 100*F and the track temps were over 120*F. Russell took the car down and was driving for all of the track sessions. To say the least he is not easy on the car. At full tilt with Russell not showing much restraint through traffic coolant temps still remained fine even when being blasted with hot exhaust from other cars as Russell would tailgate to get point by's. Everything was going great until we lost the master cylinder When staying out of traffic for short periods of time even our oil temps seemed to be a little better than expected; averaging around 250*F. This seems a little high, and course we would like to see them lower but when Russell keeps hot exhaust blowing on the cooler it doesn't really help things. For reference, generally when we go to the mountains with our car on a 80-90* day, giving the car hell we see oil temps in the 220 range. This is in clean air and not up someone's tail pipe. Before the radiator we were easily still seeing oil temps of 230*, so it has been a surprisingly nice improvement. All in all we are very happy with the performance of this product and we are really glad we have it. I know I have been asked about the performance of this radiator a number of times, and I was hesitant to give a review until we really tested it in the summer heat. I am happy to say we are firm believers in this product and glad to have it! Now all we need to develop is a "Russell spec tailgater resistant oil cooler package" that can keep the oil temps down even when running in traffic at the race track . |

We do keep these in stock, as long as the order is in early enough these generally ship the same day.
If you want to add anything small with this it can usually catch a free ride as there is plenty of space in the package for small items to ship with it like radiator hoses etc. Just give us a call and we would be happy to help 770-838-7777 |
