guys?
Hello z1..I've been trying to get in touch with you guys for a while now, i've left 2 messages and no one has yet to get back to me..
I placed an order a couple days ago: an AMS Short Shifter, and a rear fog light from you guys. I ordered it with 2nd day air shipping, but the fog light wasn't in stock, so joel called my house asking what i wanted to do, i opted to have the short shifter shipped out right away for that the shifter is what i wanted more anyways, he said okay, and the rear fog light would be shipped when it arrived at z1( and i had to pay extra shipping for the fog light? which doesn't make any sense, it doesn't say it was out of stock on the website, so all i knew was to order it then, and it not being in stock shouldn't be my concern to have to pay shipping on 2 products when i was lead to believe they were both in stock) so i checked my tracking number and went to the fed ex website, and apparently, it hasn't even been picked up by them yet?? what's going on here, i don't get it, i payed for the 2nd day air, and even if that somehow wasn't the case due to the weird fog light situation, and it had to be ground or something..why hasn't fed ex picked up the part yet, let alone have it in transit?? I'm really in the dark here guys, i truly don't think it's fair to me, and to be honest, my short shifter should have been here this past saturday the latest(even if it was ground, and not 2nd day air, you guys are located in georgia correct?) i dont want to be one of them pesky customers, i really don't..but all this just doesn't seem right.. i can't get in touch with you on the phone so my guess was to try and get you on here i guess. any input would be greatly appreciated. -Dan |
also, i don't want you guys to think i am bashing you, or the company, i love Z1, i plan to do much business with you guys, so please don't take this the wrong way, i just really want to get this all sorted out

Just an FYI on Fed-ex pickups - you won't see a status change until the package gets scanned at the Fed-ex sort facility, which is often after 8pm.

yeah i know about that, the only thing though is..i ordered this stuff 7 days ago :-/

Thanks for the post Dan. I would not have been able to see the issue you had otherwise. It looks as though our order status man had mis-filed your order when he spoke with you regarding the fog light situation. Unfortunately your order went into the hold file instead of the shipping queue. We now have the shifter packaged waiting on fedEx to arrive and get you shifting by Wednesday.

thank you for taking care of that josh, like i said, i didn't want it to seem like i was saying bad things about you guys, i was just VERY confused lol. but again thank you... real quick though, what am i actually paying for the shipping, since things were a lil lost in confusion, i just would like to know if i'm still paying the 2nd day air, or are you guys going to be shipping it ground service? and sorry for the million questions, but also, is the fog light going to be automatically shipped to me when you guys receive the batch?? thank you for your fast response -Dan |
Shipping is FedEx Ground for both items. It is a guaranteed 2 day service to you Ground. We will send you the fog light as soon as it arrives.
