I have them too... while I'm okay with the quality of the wheels, the service has been so bad for all of us, and it's put Caravan and DDM in such a tough situation, that I too have to say F this company. Look elsewhere!

Here is another thread about their excellent quality:
Forgestar Rims And other members have had trouble with them as well. This company will be lucky to get ANY business from anyone in the know. This seems to be a consistent pattern. |

ill buy them, 800 cash
LOL in all seriousness, im very sad to hear this. i LOVE the wheels, the shape, look, and cost. id even spend another 1k for wheels of this weight and look, but havent found any. FUK people that run business' like this. i hope they get whats coming to them, and end up having to close their doors. with the way the economy is, i cant see them lasting without putting out the effort to maintain customers.

Very sad story. I feel for you man.
My thinking when it came time to order wheels was ... If Volks was good enough for Nissan, then they are good enough for me. I guess this is a classic example of buyer beware. Caravan, you're doing a lot of people a favor by reporting this story.

Thanks for the input guys, and surprised to see so many viewing the thread (I guess it takes so damn long to read that people linger, lol).
BTW, my card was charged by mike at DDM, so I wasn't about to reverse that charge because that just makes him liable for cost of the wheels. he's been good to me, and I like to support small businesses that go the extra mile for customer service.

Sorry to see that. That really sucks. I'm glad I decided to make my own wheels even though when I first started looking, it only seemed like a couple week wait.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had the same experience with Forgestar that I did, except mine was resolved within 2 months time. Vince gave me the same type of response to my problem, which can be seen in the other Forgestar Rims thread. Although multiple wheels had defects, they were only going to replace one, and apparently the job of quality control fell on my behalf. I was ultimately out mounting and demounting costs plus I have a set of tires that are just sitting in storage. I got them to pay for shipping the wheels back to them for the full refund, though. Hopefully, they will eventually do the same for you. I have been following your story after my hardship with them, and I at least hoped that after they made you wait all this time and threw all kinds of BS your way the wheels would have arrived in perfect condition. I guess that is just too much to ask from Forgestar. They obviously have no clue how to run a successful business, which is a quality product AND quality customer service!
P.S. You said that they had a set of Titanium wheels that they could refurbish to send you. I wonder if you now have my titanium wheels that I sent back to them. I wonder...
