From my calculations,your sitting out past your fender by 18 to 20 mm up front. Your going to have some poke. I think you need to roll your fenders,buy some front camber arms and I would suggest you stay 245 up front which will at least give you a very,very slight stretch which is better than ballooning your tire for your aggressive fit. The stock 9" rim with a +47 takes roughly 20mm to sit flush with fender. So that puts you at +27 at 9" so the offset differance is 27-12 for your new rim offset which = 15 mm past the fender. Than you need to add 6mm for the extra 1/2 in width of your new rim (quarter inch to each side of the centreline of the rim.
I think it aggressive up front.
