Forgeline's no doubt about it. I might be biased though as I am a employee of the company. However, if your looking for a set of top quality wheels I can certainly get you the best deal possible on a set of Forgelines. There is no doubt though that Forgeline does make the very top quality of aluminum racing wheels.

P.S. I should note that I do not have much to do with the wheel manufacturing at the company and I only work extremely part time as I am usually busy with Racing Obligations/My Business (shop owner)

I'm gonna check out some of their wheels. I'll pm you if I see one that pops at me. I appreciate it.

Just to throw in my .02$

The OEM 19" Rays wheels are awesome. Good quality and I think they look great.

For the track i got 4 18x10 Forgestars F&R. They hold up great on the track and are lighter than stock 19" (and with tires are lighter than the stock setup). I can also rotate front and rear.

If I had the money I'd go for CCWs, but I'm cheap.

Have you had any problems with them on the track? How is quality?

I have had 3 track events on them, I clean them and inspect for any cracks after each day and have noticed none. They seem to be holding up fine. My one gripe is that I was using wipe on paint stripper about 20 feet from my car one day and I guess some of the fumes made their way to one of the wheels and it got a few spots of corrosion. The finish on them isn't that great, but for the price I think they're hard to beat. Steering does feel lighter with them on (although this could be more of the tires than the wheels).

On the other hand, the Z1 1-piece rotors...

Default Forgestar F14 vs Forged rims

That's one the cleanest z I have seen in awhile. I'm trying to get to this level on the rims. They look nice and possibly NISMO conversion.

Mine were the 'factory' silver. I didn't want them some other color or powdercoated so that it was easier to see cracks if any developed.

I wonder if I can get bronze factory. What tire set up are you running?

275/35/18 Kumho XS x4

You can order them in just about any color, that said powdercoating does hide cracks.

I'm debating on 19" with 255 front and 305 backs. I don't want 18" to be small

For tracking or looks? If I wanted a 19" wheel that looked good personally I'd just stick with the OEM ones. Also note that to get a good thread engagement on the lugs you should read the "all about lug nuts" sticky in wheel/tire forum.

Don't mean to talk you out of Forgestar, but why not pick up an extra set of the OEM 19s for track days
