Do you mean I can use the stem and attach the TPMS to that? If so, what do I do with the second hole in each wheel?

that is correct.. the adapter attach to your existing valve stem providing you have the compatible valve stem on the wheel.
you can plug the second hole or mount the sensor there, but it will be sticking outside like you have 2 value stems, and I was under the impression that you don't want that? |
