New tire recommendation

Hello, everyone. It's time for me to start shopping for new shoes. Getting 245/40 F and 285/35 R for my Rays sport package wheels. I'm considering Bridgestone S-04, Bridgstone RE-11

Default New tire recommendation

Hello, everyone. It's time for me to start shopping for new shoes. Getting 245/40 F and 285/35 R for my Rays sport package wheels. I'm considering Bridgestone S-04, Bridgstone RE-11 and Michelin PSS. For those who have experience with any of these tires, which do you recommend and how would you say they compare to stock Bridgestone RE050A?

Thanks in advance.

I am happy with my Michelin's. Much quieter then stock.

Your best bet is to search and read the many threads on this site where all three have been discussed ad nauseam wrt to this platform. But to sum it up for you:

- If you plan to track a few times a year: RE-11
- If you plan to track once or less a year with frequent spirited canyon runs: Mich PSS
- If you don't track, mainly dd, with some spirited canyon runs: S-04

All appear to be more favored over the stock 050A's. Consider your budget too (initial cost versus tread life).
