If you are looking for answers, please post with enough description that we can know what you are talking about and answer you with an educational response. Some of these guys that have responded are actually well educated on the Z and could probably give you some good answers, but they also have a sense of humor and will give you a hard time when being vague

For color on a Platinum Graphite...I'd lean towards matte black myself. You don't want to go a dark silver because if you don't do it just right, the wheel color will look funny next to the body. As far as where to powdercoat, you might try your respective location section to see if anyone knows of a good shop near you. if you are willing to ship, talk to Mike here on the forums, he does great work.

Bleh @ vague opening posts...
Color ideas? It's your car, you should powdercoat to a color you feel comfortable with. Don't go and colorize the wheel because some of us on the forum said it'd look good. I'd suggest looking through the photoshop thread or something to get rough ideas of what to expect with different colors, but generally I'd shy away from powdercoating anywhere close to the body color, as (what Caravan said) any differences will look kind of funny. Black is a popular choice, but eh, to each their own! And yellow pages might help you more for WHERE. Unless you do want to talk to Mike here on the boards. |
