Help!

I had F14s installed on my car today that are 18 x 10 +35 in the front, I don't think the -19 offset is right.

I hear you man. But they Don t clear. Just barely. Brakes work fine. I hooked it up to osiris/cipher and even thought the lights are on there are no codes. He was going 3 mph max and just scratched the calipers.I don't know man. You think the spacer would do it ?

Maybe because they are the super deep concave? It just barely hits. Frustrating because I always do so much research before buying. I saw these on another z and pulled the trigger basically

Spacers will help. I'd go with the smallest one you can get away with as you are pushing your wheels even further out. You'll need the stud replacement type of spacer.

I appreciate everyone's help. Unfortunately this had to happen on a weekend when I can't get parts overnighted. I'm going to go with the spacer. Hopefully getting tires and wheels that aren't do different in size will calm my car down. Either that or I'm going back to stock

You bought wheels from the original owner and he had no clue what he bought. Judging by those pictures, those wheels are not 12" wide nor are they +6. I have 12's on the rear of my car with a +26 offset and mine poke more than those. There should be some sort of marking on the inside of the wheel that tells you what size and offsets they are. Until you get the proper info, we can't help you.

I appreciate the response. This was not a fitment question as much as a could running vastly different wheels and tires front and rear produce the issues I'm encountering. Maybe he didn't know what he bought. Like I said I saw them on a car and didn't give it a second thought. Live and learn. I just want my car normal

Then run a spacer to clear the caliper or buy different wheels.

The question was would the difference in front to rear tires and wheels make the car act like it is?

I drove my car with the factory wheels and tire on and no TPMS installed and all I got was the light on my dash indicating a flat tire.

If your tires OD (outside diameters) are extremely off, then I can see the car not know what is going on and it drives like **** with no power. Install the tpms sensors and install proper sized tires and see what happens.

If the caliper barely clears and you only need a small spacer you can go to Autozone or Pepboys and just find a small 3mm spacer

You should not be running those tires though, get correct sized tires if you want to run aftermarket wheels

Yea man I know I shouldn't run those. It's just temporary until I can get the spacer I need. Thanks

Just to update I went and got 3mm spavers and it clears perfectly. All of the warning lights went off on the the dash after a few miles of driving and the car turns off at th the first push of the button. Crazy to think that tires could make the car go crazy like that. Thanks everyone for your input. Happy to be in such a knowledgeable and helpful community
