I don't recall hearing anyone running 11" wide up front but I think given the right offset, ride height, and camber you could pull it off although I can't say what it would look like.
fwiw I run 315/30-18 tires on 18x10 wheels up front for autox.

What offset would I need for a 19x10? 19x11? Stock height, -2 camber?

And the track guys run 18x10.5+35 (with spacers in the rear) with 285/35 tires. (Maybe it clears easily because of camber and the shorter overall sizing?

I'm planning on running a 295 or a 305 on the front.
