i made them out of cardboard, then thin sheet metal, then a 3.6mm CF panel off ebay for like $40 or $80 i cant remember.

now i have a front splitter too i made thats bolted to the frame in 3 different locations for the support brace and wire supports. its a 1/4" sheet of maxmetal (two aluminium sheets with a solid poly carb center).
