I used to look at the recommended pressure and go with that. But some recent readings and interactions suggest that not everyone does that.

I am sure this has been asked before but regardless of what you say the search function is worthless. Thanks.

for me, i will stick with the psi listed for the car. i see no need for a street driven Z to have more or less in it at all. put too much in you can damage the tires and the suspesion, too less and you can damage the wheel along with really bad. now + or minus 1-3 psi is not a big deal but 5+ either way is not very good. but then again, it's your tires/car do what you want with it. you like replacing parts/tires then go ahead

Yeah that was me too. Then an article suggested that you can easily run up to 40psi without danger and extra wear. Was wondering if someone was going to go all 'Arrvaxx' on the idea that you stick with what's on the door. The article suggested that the door is the minimum.

That's higher than the sticker isn't it? Is that based on the tires or drive? What is behind that K-man? On 37 do you see any inside wear?

with the camber on the Z inside wear is inevitable.

i ran 35-37 on my PSS's and was showing thread on the inside shoulder at 15k miles on the danger zone of a blowout at any minute with decent rubber on the outside. so i swapped in spare rears to get me through the last 3 weeks of drive time last year.

this year 32 on RE-11s and even with softer compound and drag runs they seem to be holding up better and idk how lol

For streets, I use 30 front and 32 rear cold, driving on highway they're about 34 on all corners.

better reinforcement belts on the inner treads, probably.

these new RE11's are fantastic.
