Work Gnosis HS203

Finally decided on the wheels I want.
I will be staying stock height. I have a 2011 370z touring w/sport package. It is GM... What finish would look best? Brushed? or Matt Silver? The pic with two wheels is matt silver and the other is Brushed. How do these sizes and offsets look? Front - 19 X 9.5 +35 Rear - 19 X 11 +22 Tires - 245/40 and 285/35 Would it be better to go with a rear 10.5 +15? I want the full reverse lip (NON Step Lip)... Will I have any issues clearing Sport Brakes? Any other offset recommendations are appreciated Thank you. |
i would do the rear 10.5 ET15 285/35/19 with the front being 9.5 ET35 245/40/19 to match.
11 will still look okay at ET22, i think, but the tire will be stretched more. |

Is the front offset okay in terms of looking good at stock height? or should i raise it? |
Quote:
front should look fine. my nismo wheel is 9.5 ET40 and looks slightly tucked as i want it. ET35 will be pretty flush as with 10.5 ET15 on the rear. you dont want to go too aggressive at stock height. |
Quote:
Yes i agree too aggresive looks odd at stock height... So with 10.5 et15 and 9.5 et35 i should look pretty flush/ clean look. What do you think about going with a 19x11 et 22 with 295/35 rear? or is that pointless.. Also, what finish do you think will look best? Brushed to Matted silver? Thanks for you the input Kenchan |
Im doing stock heights as well. I just order work vsxx step lips
Front: 19x9.5 +23 (T-Disk) 265x35x19 mpss Rear: 19x10.5 +19 (A-Disk) 305x30x19 mpss 1 and half more month of waiting... sigh... |

I was going to go with the VS-XX wheels at first BUT I did not want the step lip design. And for the full reverse I would not be able to get the fitment I am looking for without the use of a spacer.... I did not want to use spacers. Those wheels one of my favorites though, Good choice.. What Finish did you go with?? I see you have the same color as me... Any thoughts on Brushed or Matted Silver for our color? |
poop its gonna poke alot? lol I guess I didnt do a good enough research then...
Yeah we have the same color GM KAD. I went with a customer color. Face: Matte Black barrel/Lips: Anodized glossy black Rivets: Gold |

It will poke im guessing around 5mm in the front and the rear will be slightly tucked but wont look bad.. Nice choice on the color combo, you should post them up when you get them mounted. |
yeah got the whole set up for $3900

Hard choice... Im in to darker shades of color and I like the rims to stand out.
But if you are giving me only those two choices... I would choose brushed. If I had these rims. I think I would make them Matte bronze Face with Anodized Glossy bronze barrel/lips. darker shades to match with GM KAD. But everyone has different taste. |
Those look great! One of my sales guys just bought a Lexus GS with those on there, and they look good... same color as the ones you posted too. Fitment looks a little odd in the rear, but its going on air, so it will look better then.
Do you have a shop you are already getting them from? I am an authorized dealer for Work Wheels.. Just sayin  https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...44128536_n.jpg https://fbcdn-sphotos-f-a.akamaihd.n...f6ffe3eeac301e |

I have called a few shops but have not committed to anyone yet. I got a price of 3323 shipped... Should I give you a call and we can discuss it? Also, do you know if I will have any trouble with the sport brakes not clearing for the Full Reverse lip? |

And i shouldn't have a problem beating that price... At all  |

WORK Gnosis HS203 is a 2 piece custom wheels.
1. Caliper clearance are based on disk type. Front use R disk, rear use O disk. 2. Wheels can be done in any offset. Based on our experiences stock - 9.5 +22 range front and 10.5 +18 range rear spring - 9.5 +18 range front and 11.0 +15 range rear coil over - 9.5 +15 range front and 11.0 +10 range rear Tires size matter and also camber spec matter as well. |

So will this work for stock height and sport brakes : Full Reverse Lip 19 x 9.5 +35 Front R Disk 19 x 10.5 +15 O disk |
I think you can push it out around 19x9.5 +25 range.

My question is, can I do a 9.5 +35 R disk without any issues on Full Reverse Lip? Same thing on the rear 10.5 +15 O disk without any issues on Full Reverse Lip? |
Quote:
As long as R disk front and O disk rear, caliper will clear. |

when i bought the weds i originally ordered the rear 10.5 ET24, but the store sent me 10.5 ET15's by mistake. they were fine to send me ET24 replacements, but since the 10.5's fit better inwards vs 10 at ET15, i just kept them for variety's sake. i personally think the stock 19x10 at ET15 looks weird. too narrow and too flush to rear arch. honestly the best fit on stock height for base is the nismo's running 285/35/19 on the rear, RE11's. |

Thanks Kenchan, I have got a lot of tips from your posts. I am thinking of going with 19x9.5 +35 and 19x10.5 +18. that would basically look like the nismo wheels (fitment wise) with 5mm spacers all around. What do you think about that set up? If you added any size of spacers to front and rear on your nismo wheels what would you do? |
Quote:
just make sure to get good tires, not some pos. |
my recommendation = RE11, or at least the S04. they are the best looking tires in this price range and stick very well, great response.
245/40/19 and 285/35/19 the RE11's will make you feel like you're cheating cause of how controlled and predictable at the limit of adhesion. |

Those wheels are horrible. lol.
My specs are 20x9.5 +1 (+6 with 5mm spacer) 20x10.5 -12 Full reverse lip. R disk in front/ O disk in rear. like 5.5" inch lip i think in rear. Camber at normal ride height is like -2.5/2.7 Pic from last year at static height. http://i.imgur.com/ITSNE5Sl.jpg |

You think they will look just as good without lowering the car with the right fitment? Also, is that the brushed finish? |
Quote:

Quote:
Looks are subjective.. But I'm not going to lie I think it will look silly without it being lowered. You really should consider it. |

Thanks! I really appreciate that! Looking forward to ordering whatever you decide on next week.

if you're going for dress up definitely lower your ride. my G is my dress up car and she is definitely lowered. :D my Z will remain stock height for :driving: |
Quote:
I will not be lowering my Z ever. This is why it is taking me so long cause I want the fitment to be right. Any recommendations on wheel Brands where I can specify offsets Kenchan? |
