What do you guys think? Would it look ok? Would they fit and what sizes would work best?

20" ones are the only ones with wide enough wheels for the Z, and with that go 20x10 +25 in the back, and 20x8.5 +30 up front. Those are the closest to decent offsets that you will find in that wheel. I'd still suggest a 10mm spacer up front, and a 5 or 10 in back to have the wheels flush though. Personally, I would spend a little more money and get get a higher quality wheel for the Z. Konig's aren't bad, but there are certainly better ones out there...but if that's what you want then what I mentioned above will work

THey are very nice wheels, but you should do what I did with these companies. My 350z could handle a 9.5 up front, so I bought 2 19x9.5(usually for the rears) and so 20x10 for the rear. THe offset is a +25 for both fitments, and man it looked good on my Z. The good thing is, the back of a car will always make a wheel look smaller, so it balances out. Also I hate how 20's feel on the Z, feels like the car is floating to me, so it made me love this type of setup.

Thanks for all the input. I was thinking they'd look best on a black or blue Z. As far as the rims being low quality, I agree, but I really like the look of the black wheel w/the rainbow prizma lip. If anyone knows of a higher quality rim w/the same look let me know. As far as putting 19's up front and 20's in the back, does anyone have any advice on this. Has anyone done this yet w/their 370z? And if so have you experience any problems with your ABS, TC, etc? I agree lemansz20, I think it would look sick.

TC and ABS is based on tire size, so just match diameters with tires and you won't have any issues.
I don't know of anyone that has done staggered diameter wheels on the 370 yet, but a lot did it on the 350. if you go 19x9.5, try and get near 20-25 offset for the front and you won't need any spacers. For the rear, 20x10 and as low as you can go (I think 25 is what was offered). I am not 100% sure, but I think there might be some Volks that have the burnt lips???

The TPMS is pretty much the same on the Z, I am a huge nerd and checked it out. A tire pressure sensor is just that, it is not going to read the size of the wheel, its going to read the pressure of the tire. I have lots of friends with konig wheels and they dont have issues at all, been running them for a while too.
I mean I live in miami so Im sure my roads are a little better then some, but still the wheels arent bad, dont know why they have such a bad rep. Call these guys, wheelsdirectonline.com, theirs a guy named chris who has a 350z. A little bit of a talker, but knows his stuff. Thats where I got mine back in the day. |
