New all season tires for Dd driving, lower Midwest

I found several tires on sale at Tirerack for my 2010 Z. Among those I am considering, primarily because I want all 4 tires under $650. Where I live, it does not snow much but it is around 25-40 degrees in winter. They are

Sumitomo HTR AS PO1. For $ 446

Jumbo Ecstasy LX Platinum Grand Touring for $626

Bridgestone Potenza RE 970 AS for $630

Dunlop SP sport signature for $ 604

General G Max AS 03. For $ 530

Firestone Firehawk for $536

Hankook Ventus S1, Noble 2 for $ 590

Kumhho Ecsta 4X for $532.

Your recommendation is appreciated
