I was wondering if it was okay to have two different set of tires on the Z. My buddy had his Z totaled and he gave me the rear tires.

Two different set of Tires
I was wondering if it was okay to have two different set of tires on the Z. My buddy had his Z totaled and he gave me the rear tires. My front tires are the Bridgestone Potenza RE050A and the ones that he gave me are the Potenza RE970AS Pole Position.
Any issues with this?

RE970 is wat i run on my underpowered dd... they grip pretty decent for that car. i suppose it's okay since the 050A dont grip all that well anyway on the Z. but i would be careful the first few hundred miles.
it'd be better to put stickier tires on the rear though. |
