I actually saw a paddy do that back in England on his bmw m5. He put the rears on the front it looked very unusual.

A tuner shop in town had this comment to make about PSS:

I don't agree. I love mine PSS's. They do not last as long as other tires but I do have staggered setups on all my cars.

I think they just have a fatter rim protector than a lot of tires which may make them look chubbier. I only read about it in a magazine once, but didn't compare them in person to my old Potenza's.

Compared to the stock size potenzas yes I agree definitely look wider.
