i can tell you that my ET33 19x9 running 245/40/19 still has some room to spare. it's tucked under the fender nicely, not sunken in and no poke.

the only thing that might not work out with your 20" is your sidewall thickness vs wheel gap. basic rule of thumb for dress up is for the wheel gap to be no more than 1/2 the height of the sidewall.
