There are pics in my profile of mine with 265/35 on the front. I am lowered and have 305/30's on the back though.
Thanks! Saw your pics, looking good! Ill have to do some more research and see what my best option is. Looking at some pics of the 255/40 tire, they seem too meaty for my taste not sure if it was the angle of the pic, the aftermarket wheel or the type of tire(hankook v12). In the end if i cant decide, ill just go with the OEM size.

I assume there would be no issue with staying OEM 245/40 up front and 285/35 in the back right?

Ok got my S-04s and notice traction difference. With Yokahamas traction light only went on when hitting it around corner. With these just hitting in straight line the light went on.

I'm noticing a similar thing when in 2nd gear cornering and giving a little gas. I'm thinking in my case it's the softer side wall and having over sized 305's. It's a lot softer feeling in the back. The side wall rolls over slightly in the first part of a turn, then the grip is pretty good. I've pumped up the tire pressure a bit and it helps.
What are your toe settings and what sizes are you running? Mine did the same as yours in a straight line when my toe was whacked. It took me several trips and 2 different alignment shops to get my toe in order. I have zero front and total of a 1/16" toe in out back...
I feel like the S-04 in a 305, might be to much tire for the 10" Sport Rays. A stiffer side wall tire might have been the better choice for me, is what I've decided.

The 285 will fit no issues. The 245 is .2" shorter and the 255 is .2" taller than a 285 I think. Probably not noticeable either way, as far as side wall look front to back.
If your not lowering, how bout spacers? The car looks so much better with spacers?

Even though i love the look of a Z with spacers, im a bit concern with the effect on how the car will perform with them(from the little ive read). Not saying ill never do it, but definitely not planning on doing it right now, as i havent done much research either.
