3 wheels
So I recently bought a set of wheels for the track and bought these for $300.
http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...francisco.html Unfortunately the one front can't be fixed due to stress fracture. So I have one S tune front and two rears. What would one do? 1) Replace both fronts possibly allowing for a square set up, 2) try and find one S tune front (out of prodution) which will be tough? Or option 3) which is where others chime in. Thank you in advance. :tiphat: |

yah #2. try ebay. GL.

I found this. Unfortunately, the one wheel looks to be 50% more than you paid for three of them :ugh:
New Factory Nissan 370Z nismo s Tune Rays Forged LMZ5 19 in Z34 Front Wheel | eBay |
I would just run the S-tunes in the rear and find a set of Enkei RPF1's for the front if you can't find another S-tune front wheel

My wheels are off a base 2012 370Z not a Nismo. Are the Nismo wheels different? |

They do it in Japan all the time :D |

S-Tune is a Nismo wheel, just different from the ones that come on a Nismo. I find it hard to believe those came with the car stock. Previous owner must have put them on after, or the dealership did. who knows, but they would not be stock. |

Damn... The other eBay one ended...
Call Dustin@Z1, he helped me out. You can try allfactorywheels.com and see if you can lowball them? |
THEN if you want a square setup, maybe we can set something up... I'll see if anyone on the Altima/Maxima forums wants 4 fronts, then you can ship 2 and me ship 2, and I can ship my rears to you

Yeah... I wasn't suggesting that he buy it. $100 apiece for three, then $450 for one? That just sucks  |

I just bought 2 fronts of a different wheel for $320 and the 2 rears are gonna cost me $700, so it sucks, but it's what I want And I'll take that pillar once I find that sticker to send out |

But seriously, dude, don't even worry about the sticker. If you come across it someday and happen to remember, cool. Don't waste your time though :tiphat: Just text me when you're ready for the pillar  |

Sell me the 2 rears and make a tether ball pole out of the third wheel and a bag of concrete mix.

So what is the answer guys? I feel buying one makes a $750 set which seems fine all in all. I knew this could be the final result when one buy's a great deal with a "fixable" one in the mix. Thanks. |

BUT lowball as much as you can through eBay. |

If that's how you feel, that's what I would recommend. Honestly, you're absolutely right that $750 is still a pretty good deal for a set of those rims. |
I thank you all, especially DE50 for referral, but went ahead and pulled trigger last night on e bay auction.
Why shouldn't cost spiral out of control just to keep everything normal. ;) EDIT: What is the best R compound tire to place upon the wheels? I need to drive to and from the track as I will not be towing or hauling the wheels. |
post #3 already had that recommendation, mr.tam. :shakes head:

This post is from 2012, but they might still have them.
Bobby Rogers Foreign and Domestic Autocare 5914B Highway 90w Theodore, Al 36582 (251) 653-8141 Nissan closed these out, so we bought the last few sets left in America. These wheels are off of the Nismo S-Tune 370Z, the Nismo version that came out before the actual Nismo 370Z. The wheels are 19x9 +47, 19x10 +30. These would be a perfect fit on any 370Z, and look great on 350Z, G35, 300ZX, etc., but will need a spacer in the front to not look sunk. I run these wheels on my car, and I love them. I am using a 20mm spacer in the front and no spacer in the rear. These wheels retail for $589.00 EACH, and we are blowing our last 3 sets out for $1300! These wheels require the use of OEM lugnuts, the style with a washer and a shank. The wheels are forged Rays, and the fronts weigh 20.3 lbs. and the rears weigh only 20.7lbs..super light for big 19's. The lugnuts cost over $8 each, but we are including a set of lugnuts with purchase. We also have a couple of extra fronts, if someone wanted to run them on an altima or other fwd car, and can do at least one set of rears for someone looking to be a little more aggressive. |
