How are Falken tires?

Where are you getting the info that Falken tires are sub par performance compared to the stockers. I'd like to read that test and review, even if it is from a "lowly magazine-test".

7th place out of the top 9 isn't bad at all considering we are talking the top 9 of how many hundred?

Why the hell did the car come with good tires in the first place?
Where does it list the Falken 452s as not a performance tire? Are you saying that tires that stop 4 feet quicker are worth 2x the price at half the tread life for daily driving duties?

LOL...9 budget performance tires were selected for a test of, coincidentally, the top "budget performance tires." 9. Not 100. Not a couple hundred. It was also limited to a certain niche of tire, i.e. "budget performance tire." Get it? Falkens came in 7th in that test. I don't see how you and nogoodname missed that.

If a Ford Focus came in 6th place in a test of 8 economy-cars, that must be good right? Cause there has to be at least a couple hundred cars out?

BTW, the post above with a bunch of Falken-sponsored cars is a big win. That makes about as much sense as me posting this...

How old are you guys, anyway?

Which model Falkens were tested? And yes they picked 9 tires, presumably the 9 that are likely to score well, so that people would know what tires would be good to actually purchase, being that there are probably hundreds to choose from.

Yes if they took the 8 top rated budget economy cars and tested them and Ford came in 6th thats not bad, there are lots of choices out there for economy cars, way more than 8. Hell, I'd be flattered to even be considered in the top 8!

Oh and what does age have to do with Falken 452s as the OP originally asked about? I don't see how the two correlate? Explain that too while you are at it since you are apparently the go to guy for tires...

Because I've realized that there is absolutely no point in trying to prove anything to a group of 18 year-olds. After reviewing the thought-process of some of you, I feel somewhat shamed for even giving the time of day. For example, the rationale behind a product being good because it was selected in comparison to others solely on the fact that it was selected, regardless of placement...now that's classic.

First off, we aren't 18 years old, but if that makes you feel better then go right ahead and think that we are, it appears to be your only defense and like the rest of your statements, you have absolutely no information to back it.

Secondly, you are welcome to find our rationale as screwed up as we find your claims that Falken 452s are of lesser quality than the stock tires. It's funny though that when asked to provide your sources for this statement you get all silent. I guess this is just a big JoeD FAIL tonight...

You keep dodging my questions.

I've listed them all out for you because I thought maybe you might have just missed them.
