Wheel question (New in forum and 370z)

Hi,

I've owned Z's for quite a while now and I've recently switched from a 350 to a 370. I've never really been around the forums although I have sneaked around the 350 forums and a little bit on here since I got the 370z.

Anyway I noticed that there's already a wheel fitment guide thread with pictures but I do have a question I couldn't find the answer to. ( and sorry if there already is a thread about this).

I'm looking to buy my first wheels on a Z (volk te37, might be SL or not). I noticed that 19x9.5+22 F 19x10.5+12 R is quite the general fitment for stock camber and stock fenders with no rubbing issues on 19 inches. I don't plan to track it a lot, maybe once or twice a year if at all. My question is, do these specs still retain optimal performance? I'd like to have a good street feel performance while still retaining pretty good setup for a track day (while looking good on 19's of course :D). Also I saw some tires people using at F 265/35/19 R 305/30/19 for these size wheels.

Yes I know people would argue 18's might be the way to go but I'm specifically looking for 19's.

Also what about 19 inch volks vs the stock sports rays on the 370z (on mentioned specs). will there be a significant difference? I'd rather keep the stock rays if it'll affect it that much.

If I'm asking the wrong questions kindly correct me or point me in the right direction. Thanks a lot!

You will be fine with set up you have planned. You will need to get rear camber arms and toe bolts at a minimum. If you are lowered you will also need front arms as well. I would suggest you do them both anyway.
