Having hard time doing front lowering soring. What easiest way to compress and remove long bolt holding strut pain in ***

Im using a spring compressor from junk autozone dntvwork too well

honestly is super easy and safer to go to a shop and have them compress them. My shop did it for $50...which was cheaper than the spring compressor at harbor freight...
