I'm running 255/35/19 Fronts and 285/30/19 Rears Hankook Ventus V12's on mine. About to up to 275 Fronts and 305 Rears. I haven't tried Mich PSS or Cont DWs yet

I haven't tried Mich PSS or Cont DWs yet but just for my side of the story the Hankook V12's never gave me any issues and it handles fine. Road noise is a bit on the high side. Tread life seems average. V12's should be the one of the cheapest 305's you can find out there.

Just my 2 cents.

Why did you go lower on the sidewall? Cheaper? Lowered a lot?

I bought this set from a local/fellow forum member. So technically I had no choice on size but they were cheap used tires. The lower sidewall creates some gap space with my Z on swift springs which is why I'm going 305 in the rears next to minimize that gap. My rears are 19x11. I'm still sticking with 30 sidewall since it did not cause any issues with my Z for casual daily driving. However thats one side of the story, I never tried 40 fronts and 35 rears for sidewalls.

im also talking about DW (not DWS).

i run DWS on my dd. good tires even in light to moderate snow. but yah, i wouldn't run them on my Z.

unless you really need that kind of traction, i would stick with 245/40/19 and 285/35/19 sizes. they are already big enough for a 330+hp crank car.
