Yes, since offset and tire size are two different things, deal with them one at at time.
Get the tire changed first. Second, find out the exact offsets in the front and the back (maybe you can see then on the inside of the wheel when they take them off). Once you know the offsets, we can advise on spacer size. With out the offsets it's a guessing game. |

I would just keep your rear tires and switch to 245-30-20's in the front From the pics you provided it's not that sunken in the front so worst case don't get spacers until you see how it looks with different front tires. |

That's why you need the offsets. When you lower, the top of the wheels will tuck in more, so you might need larger spacers vs non-lowered. Read the spacer 101 sticky.

Why did you go with 20" 8.5 front (245/35/20) and 20" 10 back (275/30/20)? Be honest with you, I would have went 20x9.5 (265/35) & 20x11 (315/30). I wouldn't go any smaller than 305 in the rear. You want the tires to look nasty and aggressive looking, but still sexy looking as well. Given your 20x10 size I would recommend going to 295/30 at least if not 305/30.
