"Right alignment" is a bit subjective here...for a street car, safety is also a concern. An alignment with razor sharp response isn't for everyone either.

Static camber doesn't help with straight line braking either isn't it?

Also, negative 2 at stand still means -2.5 or even -3 during compression. Must take into account of the camber curve along with the static camber. I for one is glad that I didn't just blindly go for more front camber (based on my skill level and where I push the car).

Syno, just excuse some of us not being the pro driver and pro fabricator that you are.

Sorry for going off topic, back to tire discussion.

A pic definitely would be appreciated! I have heard they run narrower from some people, but knowing they run wide would be nice! Which tires did you have previously?

the factory advan sports in 285/35
ventus v12's in both 285/35 & 305/30
cheap *** Kumho's in 285/35
now SO-4 pole positions in 285/35

apparently this is considered a retarded fitment SO-4 pole position in 285/35/19 on the factory nismo rim (10.5" wide)

look at the rim protection....

(its not easy getting a good pic while they are on the car)

When ordering my next set of tires, I'm looking to go to the S-04's and possibly drop from a 295/35 to the 285/35 to save costs. My rears are 10.5" so it's nice to have the visual like that.

love the tires sir! tirerack specs for tire width are awesome to help verify this stuff. they look like the 285/35/19 (10.3") runspretty close the 285/35/19 for the advan sport (10.3") as well based on tire rack specs. i do prefer the S04 tread pattern over the advan sports though.

did you notice any difference in feel between the tires?

i really enjoy these so4's so far. the advan sports were also a great tire. for the price id go so4. both are amazing in the rain! as far as feel, both are very very comparable with the daily driving i was doing.

v12's were decent for a budget tire.

When I tried the v12s to save cost, I found them awesome in the wet due to the tread, but dry grip was lacking, and cornering felt very wobbly.

The only reason I don't stick with PSS' is cost, and them discontinuing the 265/35 size.

I have S-04s in 305 rear and 265 front. I know this is not a square set up but the tires cover the rims perfectly. Attached are my alignment specs. I am dropped on Teins just like Fuct, and I have rear camber arms and tow bolts!

I don't think you can get a better tire for the money. I pushed them very hard this past weekend on a mountain run and they performed better than I had expected, especially with a 170 more whp!

Have you had a chance to compare these with any "aggressive" driving? Im strongly considering these as long as they are close to the advan sports ive got currently!

Are these sized on oem nismo wheels? If so, how if any did it effect the fender gap since the diameters are smaller then oem sized tires.
