that the new wheels dont really shine like chrome. they are brighter than the stock wheels, but not as bright as chrome. the Nissan brochure plainly states they are "CHROME" wheels, and if i get over there tonight and they arent anywhere near as shiny as chrome i am going to be ticked off. most on here said they are actually Polished Aluminum, and are pretty much the same as chrome. but again, the salesman told me they dont shine like chrome.
if i dont like them and dont think they were worth the $1,900 and i dont think they shine like chrome, do i have any options here? my buddy told me it might be a good thing since bright, shiny chrome on a 370Z might be a little cheesy, sort of teenie boppish. i will wait to make the final judgement until i see the car tonight.
