Will this wheel spec work?

Right all here's the details on some wheels I am interested in, would they be okay for my 370Z GT Ultimate?

Size Front: 20x9.5
Size Rear: 20x10.5
Offset Front: 40
Offset Rear: 24
PCD: 5 x 114.3
Bore Size 66.1

What you think guys?
