"Review" and "survey" tab is by a buyer reviewing the tire. "Test" tab is by tire rack. Just click the tabs on each tire to "read the full report" that's by tire rack. The HTR Z3 is low on your scale because the V12 is more popular with more customer feedback.

I still prefer a forum like this in the track section though vs. people on tire rack saying what they think. Easier on here to weed out the good reviews and or course the tire will be on your car and not a civic haha.
