Seriously tho', narrower, less sticky tires will probably make more noise if that's what you really want... they will spin faster, grip less, and not provide better traction as they heat up, so they should slide and squeal more.

Traction, stability, handling, etc will go out the window tho',

and possibly the driver as well if you stomp on the brakes...
That makes sense & think of all the noise & squealing that will happen after you lose control & hit a tree.
