chrome gold nismo wheels opinions?

So I was thinking about chrome plating my nismo wheels dark gold. I haven't seen anyone do it yet. So I want peoples opinion on what you think about it.

Default chrome gold nismo wheels opinions?

So I was thinking about chrome plating my nismo wheels dark gold. I haven't seen anyone do it yet. So I want peoples opinion on what you think about it.
the nismo letters will be black and the O will be filled in red.

I wish I could photoshop it but im not good at that.

the picture I attached is the color I want to go for .

what you guys think? Im still saving for some gold work wheels but this is just for a now being till i get enough money or do you think ill be wasting my money.

What color is your Nismo? The NISMO wheels are very clean and it may look cool.

I'd be more in favor of a traditional gloss or matte gold powdercoat finish, though.

My car is mag black ..so black and gold ...i feel like chrome gold will give it a more exotic look

Black and gold is nice. Chrome gold can come off as a bit tacky. I think a gloss gold powdercoat would give the best result. Matte would be my second choice.

Properly chrome plating rims costs over 1k, I would save your money and buy Work Wheels instead.

All Volk multi-piece wheels with polished lips have anodized clear on them, they seem to hold up fine. Mine looked like new when I sold them 4 years later.
