Lug Nuts - The definitive guide

I don't recall stating any of this as fact... however, i think spline drives are ugly. Maybe that's why i don't like most lugs.

I've had my Muteki's since March - about 10k miles. No issues. Looks as good as the day I bought it. I do need an extra key just in case though.

^ That reminds me, if you pull your wheels off and/or re-torque regularly, you should stock up on those keyed sockets. At least with Muteki, that's the one problem I have had, is that the socket's wall will sometimes eventually tear/fail before you're done with the lugs it came with (from removals w/ impact wrench).

Eh they're track wheels, I don't care about scratches, they come off a lot, and there's no real harm using an impact to remove (just not to install!). Except for the part about the weak thin-walled adapters. They don't always break, so I've learned to just stock up on them (don't throw away old ones when I get new ones) since they're all the same pattern anyways.

the adapters are not meant to be used with an impact, that's wat i meant.

scratches on lug bores is more of a personal issue i have with wheels. i hate scuffed up wheels. thus i never take my wheels to the tire shop while still on the car (unless it's at tirerack... they use hand jacks and hand tools and low power drivers).

muteki sr48 in neon chrome:
Muteki SR48 Lug Nuts UNIVERSAL 0 - 0 32905N

locks are available:
Muteki SR48 Lug Nuts UNIVERSAL 0 - 0 32901N

32905N for 20 lugs, 32901N for the 4 locks (dont mind the pic in the locks, its obviously wrong)
