Thank you for the help guys. :tiphat:

So Kics R40 is made of aluminum? Is it easy to get scratched off or broken after few uses? This is a great thread. But could we add what material is used for each lug nut?

No scratches you can see easily to be honest with multiple on/offs, and never heard of one breaking, but most track guys ain't going to track on $300 lugs |
Just get some BOLX Titanium lugs.... I love mine..;)

I was too overwhelmed by lug choice so I just went with the tried and true Mcgards spline drives. They are a two piece design to prevent gouging when tightening the lugs down like Kics, and they also warranty coating chips.

HellaJDM-YO! They are lighter, stronger, and you pay for quality (hellaJDM-yo) as well as "technology"; what I mean by that is that the lugs are 2 piece, and the lug turns rotational energy into straight line force (Not sure if that makes sense... But... If you look on them, you turn the lug clockwise and the end piece stays on the same spot of your wheel, causing less wear to the wheel as well as providing more equal pressure that is also much harder to come off even when improperly torqued, all that makes it "safer"; how much safer. Not at all because almost no one complains about their car crashing because of a broken or missing lug) |

Did they ship out yet? Because I'd order the REVOs. Not as "cool" because they're not really close ended, but you won't see the rust that forms inside the lugs |
