Glad I saw this thread however, you've given me a great idea of what my wheel fitment will look like in the rear. I really appreciate your post!

Ugh seeing that you cannot fit a 9" wheel with an +18 offset upsets me. Does anyone know what size wheel is safe for running in the front, I do not want to poke too much in the front in looks weird, would prefer to have the back poke more than the fronts.

its not the offset, its the design of the wheel not allowing it to clear the akebonos. Right now with the 10mm spacer it clears fine and doesnt poke. Sits perfectly flush. I dont think I have any current pictures handy.

Current specs with spacers are: 20x9 +8 up front and 20x11 +5

So for a good rule of thumb, I should double check fitment on wheels with lips, to ensure it clears the akebonos?

I have been looking at these rims for a little while now and may pick some up within the next few weeks. I think they look good but ill go with a 305 rear tire.
