Can the Nissan 18 inch spare be used as the spare on a 2010 with the touring package and 19 inch wheels. I want to get rid of the blow up package it came with.

If it's the spare that came with a bbk sport package it can be used on anything. If it clears those massive calipers, it clears anything.

Better question, can it be used on the fronts for drag racing?
I know it says like 50MPH, but... CAN you go higher for a run?

For 15 seconds probably, but you could always look for a small summer tire.

Yeah. But I just looked, I don't see any 145/70/18 tires for sale. Just a spare Bridgestone at 81mph.

Yeahhhhh... And I think the weight limit would be off... Probably is with the tire that's on there right now... Buuuuut... It has to be kinda close to good enough, otherwise they wouldn't put it with the car, right? Kinda? Lol

I know someone who has driven 1000+ miles on a "50 mile" spare
