Will 255/40s rub on a lowered 9.5 +12?

Decided to go with a 245/40 front and 285/35 rear so I could get the specific tires I wanted. Similar to stock sport setup but now the rears are 4mm larger instead of smaller than the fronts (same as Nismo I believe). Will update again once installed.
