Touring Sport package

Just bought wheels for the Z and had to return them, due to they did not fit around front brakes, so they ordered me new ones that were suppose to fit, and again they didn't fit ahhhhh!

I gave them all the info, they stated they were supposed to fit, so has anyone found wheels to fit the s package and if so can you give me a brand name so that I can look at some new wheels.

I love my old ones but hit a curb head on at 55 bending all 4 wheels, so I get a nice wubba wubba wubba when riding down the road lmao!

Just leaving this here.

how much? I assume they fit the 2009 just the same correct?

Chuck33079 09-26-2013 12:47 PM

Yes, but there may be some wierdness with the tpms sensors. They changed them at some point, and I don't know offhand which years are interchangeable.

You're in Houston right? I'd have to fly down to get them, hmmm might work!

Yeah, I'm in Houston. Your profile said the same, which is why I whored out my old wheels. :rofl2:

lmfao, yeah I moved. Sorry forgot to update my profile. But I fly to Houston at least once a month, so I could get them no issues, as long as you're price is flexible!

Shoot me a pm and we can discuss price. I gotta ask though, you're just going to check them like baggage? :rofl2:

Well, after I take the tires off...yes

I get unlimited baggage with my company so I'll box them separate and fly them home :ughdance:

That makes more sense. I was trying to imagine how much it would cost to drop 4 wheels and tires on the scale at the ticket counter.

Colonel 09-26-2013 01:35 PM

A lot!

HEY! I was here first. :p

Buy Chuck's wheels!

One thing - 2011 TPMS will not work on 2009 Z. I learned that lesson in reverse. Shouldn't be a big deal to swap OP's sensors onto CHuck's whhels.
