SSR MS3 Disk Clearance ?!

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of SSR MS3. I drive a G37 but we have the same brakes so I thought maybe you guys can help

I drive a G37 but we have the same brakes so I thought maybe you guys can help me out. I have the sport package so I have the Akebono BBK. I noticed everyone is running a HP Disk up front but I want to go for a bigger lip. With the MS3 being convex, is it possible for me to clear a MD? I contacted SSR and they say it should be a tight fit, but should work, but no guarantees. Anyone here pull off a MD front and SL rear? Size is 20x9.5 (-3) MD Disk 20x10.5 (+5) SL Disk
