Default Rattles!!! and some other issues...

I think my tire balance is off and it might be adding to some of these problems but heres what I have...around 25 to 35 MPH I get and womp womp noise from the tires (assuming thats a balance issue) but with that I have a rattle noise coming from under the drivers side console and from what I can tell the passenger side defrost area by the windsheild. I do have aftermarket 20's so hopefully a alignment and a balance will take care of that, also I bought the car with the 20's on it and its throwing the TPMS light on, I tried doing a home reset with the wire and grounding it however it didn't work so if anyone has any knowledge that could help on any of these issues it would be great, my plan as of now is to get a balance done on the tires and get the car aligned since it is off a bit.

check that everything is tight, including your lugs.

lugs can back out unless you re-torque them at least once. i usually retorque 3-4 times just to be sure. 83-85ft/lbs.
